RETURNS AND REFUNDS

Our policy on returns and refunds lasts 21 days. If 21 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund.

To be eligible for a return and refund, your print(s) must be in the same condition as received, in original and undamaged packaging. We take great care in packing your print(s). Great care must also be taken when unpacking your print(s) and if you are unsure about doing it yourself please bring your packaged print(s) to a professional picture framer. If a print is damaged when it is unpacked (any dent, tear, mark or scratch), it will not qualify for a refund.

Once your return is received, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund upon further inspection. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 5 working days.

If you are returning an item over €50, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item, and will not be responsible for any loss of your returned item(s).
